Garden Design

As a student at NJIT, I had the opportunity to travel extensively and experience some of the world’s great architecture and gardens. This experience has greatly inspired me and my designs. I still like to create renderings of building facades in plan and elevation by hand, with pencils and markers. Yet I still make full use of computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD and Realtime Landscaping Architect. For the hand tools, I prefer Chartpak and ShinHan art markers and colored pencils.

I’ve bee a Landscape Design Consultant for a number of local landscapers — creating, designing and overseeing landscapes for various residential and commercial clients.

I’ve worked with the Odyssey Group in their participated in the Visiting Nurse Association of Central New Jersey’s designer showcase.

I’ve been known to volunteered my design services to a member of the Boy Scouts of America working toward becoming an Eagle Scout. The project was the redesign of The Martin Luther Memorial of Metuchen, N.J.

All of my customers are special, yet some of the more notorious have included designing the gardens for Former New Jersey Governor James Florio, Senator Vitale and the former President of the Garden Club of Metuchen.
